Chef de Cuisine, Jayson Thompson, learned the trade at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. He worked his way up through the kitchen ranks before landing as Executive Chef for Nordstrom. Jayson then leaped across the Pacific to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. You’ll appreciate Chef Jayson’s creativity and consistency, bringing Tidepools cuisine to new heights.
